As we continue the property inspections by an independent contractor, we wanted to remind you of some items that you may have overlooked on your property as general maintenance. Letters will be sent to members advising them of any issues with a timeframe in which to bring their property into compliance. We feel that doing these monthly inspections will help in our overall consistency of addressing these non-compliance issues. We are asking for your help and cooperation to do your part in maintaining your property.
Here are just a few of the most common issues that may need your attention:
Remember, any improvements to the exterior of your house including painting and roof replacement require prior written approval from the ARB. An approved color palette is available to choose your paint color. If you need an ARB application, you can download it here.
Also, for all the dog walkers, don’t forget to keep your pet on a leash and remember to pick up after them, and tie the bags before disposing. Your neighbors will thank you for it.
Our subdivision speed limit is 15 mph. Remind all your household drivers and guests to adhere to this to help keep our neighborhood safe.

Vendor listings are suggestions from residents. Due diligence is highly recommended as none are "officially endorsed" by the Avery Park Homeowner's Association.
Your cooperation in adhering to all parking guidelines is greatly appreciated. Please remember to park in the direction of the flow of traffic. Refrain from blocking mailboxes and parking across from other cars restricting emergency vehicle access.
Resident Vehicles - On-street parking by residents is prohibited except for attended vehicles loading and unloading, passenger drop-off and pick-up, and the like.
Non-Resident Guest Vehicles – On-street parking is authorized for a period not to exceed 18 hours. Any non-resident guest parking beyond 18 hours is required to obtain a Guest Parking Permit from an HOA board member. Please park in front of the host’s home. Guest parking passes can be provided for up to 14 days and can be obtained from any Board member listed above.
Other Vehicles - Temporary parking of recreational vehicles, boats and trailers in the driveway of a lot is permitted for up to 12 hours for the purpose of loading and unloading.
The above outline is not inclusive of all vehicle parking restrictions. Please see the Declarations of Protective Covenants and Restrictions Fourth Amendment in the Document Center for complete information.
